Craig Goos is a Managing Director at Hondo Holdings and Hondius Capital Management, as well as COO of Hondo Finance and Hondius Energy. Craig is a seasoned financial services executive with over three decades of experience leading high-growth businesses and driving strategic initiatives in private asset management. With a robust background encompassing executive roles across product management, revenue operations, sales, marketing, operations and business technology solutions, Craig is a versatile leader known for his ability to catalyze change and optimize organizational performance. Throughout his career, Craig has navigated diverse landscapes, from prestigious institutional firms like UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Bear Stearns, to mid-sized private funds spanning private equity and venture capital. Additionally, he has ventured into entrepreneurship as a co-founder of a boutique broker dealer and fintech firm, gaining invaluable insights into innovative business models and emerging technologies reshaping the financial services industry. Craig is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and he has obtained FINRA 7, 24, 63 and 99 securities licenses.

Shawn Matthews is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Hondius Capital Management, a global alternative asset manager. In this role, Shawn has oversight of and responsibility for all firm investments. He has actively invested in markets for the past 30 years, with the majority of his focus as an opportunistic trader across asset classes. Prior to founding Hondius, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. from 2009 to April 2018. Prior to his role as CEO, he held a number of senior investment roles across fixed income, including as Cantor’s Head of Capital Markets and Head of Mortgage Trading. Mr. Matthews began his career as a fixed income derivatives trader before moving to Eastern Europe to trade privatization certificates. Upon his return, he ran a number of cross-asset strategies and a fixed income broker-dealer. Shawn holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and an M.B.A from Hofstra University.

Steve Bischoff is COO at Hondo Holdings LLC, and a PM for Hondius Capital management. Mr. Bischoff has extensive experience managing businesses across the financial services industry. He has experience developing and managing successful teams in finance, mortgage banking, risk management, and middle market investment banking. Prior to joining Hondius, Mr. Bischoff was the CFO at AmeriCasa, Head of Asset Management and Investment Banking at NatAlliance Securities, Co-Chief Operating Officer of Debt Capital Markets at Cantor Fitzgerald, a Managing Director in charge of fixed income trading at GMAC/RFC Institutional Capital, and a Founder, Board Member, Managing Director at Amherst Securities. Mr. Bischoff is a graduate of Bowdoin College with degrees in Math & Economics.
