All fees, charges, and payments are governed by the terms of your specific loan, investment, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due as outlined in your executed agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law. You authorize Hondo Finance to initiate payments via the payment method on file or as otherwise agreed. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services, collection actions, or legal remedies.

6. Modifications and Termination

Hondo Finance may modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Services at any time. All content, design, trademarks, software, and related materials are owned or licensed by Hondo Finance. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Norwalk, Connecticut, unless otherwise agreed.
